BANKRUPT'S DEBTS
ALLEGED BREACHES OP ACT COMMITTED FOR TRIAL (Per Press Association.) PALMEUSTON N., tins day. Breaches of the Bankruptcy Act \M'Cc alleged against Hugh Victor McKay, an engineer of I'uuuyl horpe. in Iho Magistrate's Court, tins morning. The defendant was charged with contracting two debts of £SO and .060 without having reasonable or probable expecla turns of paying, and also with obtaining, while still an undischarged bankrupt, credit amounting to £6l from a Wanganui linn. The hearing of the last (barge, and th;yt relating to the sum of £SO was concjluded, the accused pleading not) guilty. He was committed for trial. The hearing of the third charge is proceed ing this afternoon. ,
