ENOINKER’S OPTIMISTIC REPORT

Three alternative methods are suggested, but most stress is laid on one for tbo diversion of the Tutnck'im River from near 'Mr. K. Baker’s nursorv. Riverbcndl Road, to the old channel whieli ihe river occupied SO odd years ago. and entering the inner harbor - by the rifle range. The Board referred the rupert to the reclamation committee for consideration.
