PROTESTS AGAINST OBSOLETE SHIPS. (Svdncy Sun Cables.) LONDON, June 11. The Navy League passed a resolution recording grave apprehension at the retaining of obsolete cruisers because of an erroneous impression of the Navy's strength. It was also resolved that Dominion ships should ho excluded when compared with foreign navies. Sir Cyril Cobb eulogised the enthusiasm of the League’s New Zealand branches.
