INSPECTOR WALSH'S MURDER.
THIRD ARREST MADE. EX-ROOKMAKEP, CHARGED. (Received June 11, 10 a.m.) PERTH, June 11. A third man, William Coulter, has been arrested, charged with murdering Inspector Walsh. Coulter was bom in New Zealand 42 years" ago. He went to Boulder in ISO 6. He describes himself as an investor. For some years he held a bookmaker's license. AUSTRALIA'S STRIKES.
