TRIBES SURRENDER.
WAR TN MOROCCO. (Reuter's Telegram.} (Received January 50. 5 p.m.) MADRID, Jan. 29. An official despatch from Morocco announces that, as a result of further tribal surrenders, communications between Ceuta, Tetuan, and Tangier am now believed to lie secure.
