HUNTING FIELD FALLS.
PRINCE OF WALES’ EXPERIENCE. FRACTURED COLLAR-BONE. (Reuter’s Telegram.! LONDON,'Jan. 28. The accident to the Prince of Wales occurred in open country, at Little Shelton. The hounds were going at a great pace and a big field was following. The Prince took a difficult hedge, flanked by two ditches. His horse cleared the obstacle, stumbled and fell. The Prince looked cheerful and well on arrival in London. He assured welcomers that- he was perfectly all right. The Prince’s injuries consist of a fractured left collar-bone and bruises. He was assisted immediately by several followers and conveyed in a motor car to a local surgery where he was treated and the fracture set- and X-rayed. It proved a perfectly clean and simple break. There have been no complications and a rapid and complete recovery is confidently expected.
