AIR MINISTER’S METHODS. LONDON, Nov. 19.—Mr A. T. Handley, speaking at Southsea, declared that any man behaving as the Air Ministry did would be bankrupt in six monwi». He quoted an instance of an aerodrome which was built on farm land, and of a contract being entered into for its complete removal, leaving the land arable. Instead of removing tlit building, the Air Ministry presented the aerodrome to the landowner, but a fortnight later re-purchased the aero .-.lronic for £15,000.
