For being intoxicated while in charge of a motor chassis, Alexander Harvey Shaw was fined £lO and ordered to pay 10s 6d costs. The Magistrate, Mr. Stout, said that hut for the fact that defendant earned his living in the motor trade lie would probably havrt cancelled his license.
