JAPAN’S ORDERS TO CRUISERS. CHINESE CRISIS. TCfKIO. Nov. 16.—Anticipating a coup by the Christian general, Feng, at Pekin the Japanese Cabinet, in an extract'Jhi ary session, considered the protection of Japanese life and property. The navy, is reported' to he ready for any emergency. It has been decided not to reinforce the legation and the railway guards already in China, but to hold fast cruisers ready to move at an hour’s notice.
