It is learned that in accordance with the decision of the Longue Council, the British military attache, Mr. Giles, is going from Athens to the scene of the Graeco-Bulgarian conflict. French -and Italian attaches also are- going. PARIS, October 27. M. Briand informed the League Conn oil that- lie was Still awaiting definite Gra eco-Bul ga rian repl i es. The Greek delegate- read a telegram that- endeavors were being made to reach an agreement- in conformity with tho League’s opinion. M. Briand declared the explanation was unsatisfactory, and that, instant withdrawal was essential. Mr Chamberlain questioned the Greek delegate, who admitted that while tho Bulgars penetrated Greek territory five hundred to six hundred yards, the Greeks penetrated five miles Into Bulgaria.
