WILL CABINET RESIGN? NEW FINANCIAL PROJECT. (Reuter’s Telegram. 1 ** PARIS, October 26. Well informed circles consider it certain that Cabinet will resign eri bloc tomorrow, apparently with the object of getting rid of M. Caillaux as a sequel to Cabinet’s decision to proceed against spedulatiot} in the franc. The Controller and Finna-ce Minister inspected the, books of certain banks. M. Painleve categorically denied the story of a disagreement with M. Caillaux. On the contrary the Government was considering a new financial project, which it hoped would be acceptable to the majority of the Chamber.
