UNLAWFUL USE OF CAR.
TWO MONTHS’ IMPRISONMENT.
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day
Alfred Smith, aged 30. and James Peter VValker, 29, at the Poiice Court to-day wgre sentenced to two months’ imprisonment fot unlawfully using a motor-car which they look from a street m the city. The car was found at Upper Hiitt in a damaged condition. The damage is estimated at £IOO. "It appears to me,” said Chief-Detective Kemp, “that nothing but imprisonment will put down this (.'lass of offence.”
