(Per Press Association.) ASHBURTON, this day. Thomas McGrath, an Australian’, was (ined £lO for holding liquor for sale ip a no-license district. Tho Magistrate observed that the accused was being used as a catspaw for other well-known residents. The evidence showed that he disposed of twenty bottles of whisky arid two of ale in three or four hours.
