ALLEGED GAMING HOUSE

On Sunday' night detectives raided premises .near the Town Hall and arrested, nine Chinese on gaming house charges. The raid was carried out very quietly. It is alleged that the game hai quon was being played. The apparatus was seized by the police. Cheong Oak was charged with being the keeper of a common .gaming house.
