A SALVAGE CLAIM.
SYDNEY; June 16. The hearing has commenced of a claim against the owners of the Honolulu Marn. It was stated in evidence that the value of the Japanese steamer was £87,000, and the owners of the tug Champion claimed 10 per cent, of this value. The question for the Court to decide was the amount of salvage fo be paid, as the salvage of the vessel was not. disputed.
