VIOLATION OP BONDHOLDERS' CHINO-GERMAN AGREEMENT.

A representative of the Russo-Asiatic Bank has handed the Chinese Foreign Office a formal protest on beha]if of tihe shareholders and bondholders of the Chinese Eastern railway against the violation of their rights under the agreement between the Chinese and Soviet Governments signed o)n May 31. Copies of the protest have been, handed to the signatory Powers to the Washington Conference.
Cabinet has requested special meetings of the two Houses of Parliament to-mor-row,, at which the Premier will fully report .on the.Chino-German. negotiatfcms, and, if Parliament approves, the Ohino'German agreement will probably be signed on Friday or Saturday.
