ULSTER BOUNDARIES
COMMISSION'S JURISDICTION. IS IT LIMITLESS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, June 5. The Morning Post's correspondent believes the following questions will be submitted to a judical committee whereon the Chief Justice of Australia will sit : Firstly, does, the treaty empower the Boundary Commission to discuss taking slices of territory from Northern Ireland, or merely ratification of the frontier line? Secondly, would the commission be pi-o-perly constituted if one of the three parties concerned 1 refused to nominate a member? The Free State's contention is that the Commission's jurisdiction is limitless, and that the Free State would obtain Tyrone, Fermanagh, and possibly Deny City. The second point has been generally regarded as one likely to be presented. CAPETOWN, June 5.
