The associated Australian banks from May 8 are raising the selling rates on Australian drafts and mail transfers to 42s 6d per cent, premium; cable transfers fifty shillings. The rate for purchasing documentary bills on Australia is reduced to par for sight, lis 3d discount 30 days, 22s 6d 60 days, 30s 90 days. t
