Mr Justice Lush gave judgment for Huvncti for twenty thousand pounds steiling, with costs against Bond and Adam jointly, and for £SOOO against Boil, with costr. (Received March 1,2 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 29. In tho Harnett case a stay of execution was granted, pending consideration of an appeal by Bond, conditional on Bond paying £SOOO to plaintiff within one week and paying the balance of £20,000 into Court, or giving security within three weeks, paying costs, and entering plaint within a month. The judge previously stated that Bond would be liable to £9OOO damages and Adam to £6OOO.
