JUDGMENT ENTERED UP. (Router’s Telegram.) (Received March 1. 12.50 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 29. Mr Justice Lush gave judgment for Huvncti for twenty thousand pounds steiling, with costs against Bond and Adam jointly, and for £SOOO against Boil, with costr. (Received March 1,2 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 29. In tho Harnett case a stay of execution was granted, pending consideration of an appeal by Bond, conditional on Bond paying £SOOO to plaintiff within one week and paying the balance of £20,000 into Court, or giving security within three weeks, paying costs, and entering plaint within a month. The judge previously stated that Bond would be liable to £9OOO damages and Adam to £6OOO.
