MORE DEMANDS MADE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) DELHI, Dec. 31. A conference of tho Council of the Swaraj Party at Coeanada adopted a. resolution demanding'the immediate establishment of full responsiblei government for India and as a preliminary thereto the unconditional release of Gandhi and all political prisoners; also the suspension of oppressive laws, summoning a round-table conference vo determine the principles of India's constitution.
A proposal by the extreme noii-co-operators to define the Swaraj as complete independence for India was lost by an overwhelming majority.
