NO SPEECHES WANTED

Twelve hundred poor. London children were entertained at the Guildhall to dinner out of funds subscribed by New Zealand children. The youngsters were so boisterously merry that they refused to listen to speeches, even to Sir James Allen's megaphone attempt.
