An ordinary adjourned meeting of the above was hold on August IS. Present: Messrs. Reed (in tho chair), Wood, Maddox, Clarke, and Walker. The Waipu Hospital Board wroto advising that Mr. C. R. E. Woods' donation of- £2f) had been placed, together viph Us "sjjbfjjdy, towards, the. cost of installing tho required hot water service at the To Araroa cottago hospital, and authorising the committee to proceed with tho work. —Received. Nurse Carraody's reports for thej months of June arid July woro then rood tand received. • j
Accounts amounting to £lO7 12s were passed for payment.
