MISSING SETTLER.
(Per Press Association.! TAUMARUNUI, last night. ■ William McKay, a well-known settler near Raurimu, lias been missing for about a fortnight. He was last seen in this district on July 12, at Ohakune, when ho stated that bo was going home to Raurimu. He did not arrive home, and it is reported that he was seen a few days ago in Auckland. As McKay has been in indifferent health for some time, his relatives and friends are anxious. The missing man (was tall, with a moustache, and was wearing a grey suit.
