When doctors .attending tho annual dinner of thp British Medical Association entered thp banquet ing-rporp, on each guest's plate was A “thyroid gland tablet,” and ip the cpntro of the table were two stuffed monkeys ip an attitude of hurriedly climbing a trap, Attached tp tjieip ( was tho fag, “Lot's get, thpy’ro affoy our glands.” Thp joke was much appreciated by thp medicos,
