Tho second day of the Napier Park races was held in glorious weather, there being a large attendance. Results: — Hurdles: Sunray 1, Toa Taua 2, Runui 3. Scratched: Westerner. Won by a neck; four lengths between second and l third. Time, 2.42 2-5.
Telegraph Handicap: Arataura 1, Ma Boughal 2, Merry Imp 3. Won by a neck, lengths between second and third. All started. Time, 1.15. McVay Memorial Stakes: Hauringa 1. Rapine 2, Crown Star 3. The first and second horses were prominent) all the way. Won by a neck, two lengths between second and' third. Correspondent was fourth, a neck away. All started. Time, 1.53.
