For fine mutton the market is inactive. 'Good demand for other descriptions. Sale, by auction lias been resumed. New Zealand frozen meat..—Lamb, lOd per 11>; wether and maiden ewe, Yd per lb light, 6sd per lb heavy; ewe, 6d per lb light, 53d per lb heavy. Higher prices curtailing demand. Beef.-Alar - ket dull; little demand: quotations unchanged.
