COUP IN PERSIA.
LONDON, Feb. 25. The Daily Herald comments on the coup d’etat in Persia following tbe capture of Teheran by a Cossacks division. It asserts that it amount's to a British coup to prevent a Russo-Persian understanding. The division was under Bril- ; sli control, a British general commanding.—A. and N.Z.C.A.
