GERMANS FOR CHILI.
CONCESSIONS TO KRUPPS. (Received February 26, 9.5 a.m.) BERLIN, February 25. Tbo Vossisclie Zeitung states that the Chilian Government has granted Krupps a concession to acquire land and build factories. A large number of German workmen are going to Chili for this purpose.—A. and N.Z.C.A.
