LONDOiN, August 14.— Paper ; suits' made m Germany have been introduced m vast quantities into England to reduce the high cost of clothing, • and have proved both economical and durable. These suits are cut. m English styles and . are of tbe best class of. paper texture. They can be forwarded from -Germany; at; 1000 for £120 f.o.b. .and are being sold retail at 2s 6d to 10s 6d a suit. ' '
