The Poverty Bay STieep Dog Tria.l Club wi!,l commQnoe tHeir 26th annual tuiails on- Monday. The gathei-ing whidh is beiiie .held this year at Kaiti, will extend over until Thursday, when it will bo brought to a close nvith the club's finnunl shepherds' ball, wh;:ch is to bo held m the Assembly hall on Thureday evening. The trials will comprise four dnsM>s nurd a maiden .competition. Good entries bav c been received. ' Numerous specal prizes have been donated, and some keen competitions are anticipated.
