A message from Budapest states that the signing of the Hungarian treaty is a foregone conclusion. The decision, will be accelerated by the announcement that Rumania, Jugoslavia, and Czechoslovakia have agreed to act jointly m the event of Hungary refusing to sign. Hungary anticipates that the treaty's oppressive stipulations will be modified.
