EXCITEMENT IN FRENCH CHAMBER.

There were violent scenes m the French Chamber during the strike debate, m which M. Daubet, a Royalist leader, attacked the Revolutionary conspiracy. The Socialists organised a babel while Daubet was speaking. As the President was unable to restore order he closed the sitting amidst wild excitement among the Socialists.
