Bulgaria, Turkey and Hungary have signed peace treaties, as well as Germany, was received by the Manitoba Government from Ottawa. Commission merchants and others who expected that interprovincial trading could be resumed* as soon as Germnny had signed the treaty are doomed to disappointment. Many had already gone to Ivenora and rented premises.
