The British Ambassodor, Sir Reginald, Tower, state that his pending visit to London is merely to obtain rest. 'He denies it is' the. result of any threatening rupture of diplomatic relations between the Argentine and Britain. The newspaper Lariacion asserts that diplomatic relations are delicate, and the Argentine Minister is, leaving London. The paper. ..adds. that, the retirement of both Ministers, is traceable to the purchase of a steamer from the Germans, which Britain refused to recognise. . Another newspaper states that the cause of the crisis, is the Argentine's hostile attitude towards British capital invested m the Argentine.
