A cablegram .to the ■ Embassy frpni, Omsk to-day said the Kolchala-Govern-ment had set about the ..task of gettingrid of thevmass: of different money' that has flooded : Russia, arranging for control 6i international exchange and inaugurating a new policy for Russian finances and business. Exchange is to be. stabilised through a committee for foreign trade.
