Austrian counter-proposals ask the En t-ente ' to administer Austria's finances. Austria protests against the trial of the ex-Kaißer. She also protests against Austro-Hungarian officers, now Polish or Czech at Prague and Warsaw, escaping trial, while those remaining m Austria are to be arraigned before the Entente.
