ANNUAL PRESS MEETINGS.

THE PROPRIETORS' ASSOCIATION (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The annual press meetings and conferences opened in Wellington last Wednesday, and have been carried on every day since. The annual meeting of the Newspaper Proprietors' Association of New Zealand was commenced last evening in the Chamber of Commerce. /There were present: Messra. P. In the meantime, he said, turmoil, industrial and otherwise, is still unsettling, and. the -war will undoubtedly leave us with new conditions which .*fl*ill have to be cour- - ageously met.
