The United Press correspondent at Brest states that the American Peace Delegation will contend, that the League of Nations must be part of the peace treaty. (Received December 14, 1.45 p.m.) LONDON, Dec 33. President Wilson, interviewed by wireless, said he hopes the peace treaty wi'.l be signed by March ; otherwise it might possibly involve a second visit to Europe. After a short stay m Paris, President Wilson visits tho devastated areas and the American' troops.
