The Trade- Union Congress shelved the seamen's boycott resolutions by a majority of three millions on a card vote. RESTRICT NATURALISATION. BAR OUT THE HUNS FROM BRITISH EMPIRE. Mr. Massey, m an article m the Pall Mall Gazette, urges radical amendment of the Empire's naturalisation law with a view to preventing peaceful penetration, under cover whereof Germany's spies and agents secured admission to the Empire's public, financial, commercial and industrial life. Mr. Massey suggests that Germans be barred out foi* * long period and denied naturalisation foi* a much longer one. The legislation should be uniform throughout the Empire. On the other --band entry, naturalisation, and trading and kindred privileges should generously be granted to subjects of cmr AUdes.
