WELLINGTON, this day. It ia announced that the ,44th, 451h, 46th, and 47th reinforcement drafts are open for voluntary enlistment, instead of only one draft as formerly. First Division men ivom to-day onward will be given 28 days 1 notice after medical examination, instead of 14 days.
