LUDENDORFF MAKING EXCUSES

Ludendorff, m an indignant army order, denounces German prisoners and deserted who disclosed to the enemy plans for German attacks on the Chemin des Dames on May 25th, so that the enemy knew the hour and the form of the attacks, the traits engaged, and similarly on June 9th, Ludendorff says, he was amazed at the accuracy and wealth of detail , information the French derived from German prisoners. The infamous conduct of a few individuals may have the gravest results on the victorious issue of the war.
