(Reuter's Telegram.J ( deceived April 27, 1.35 p.m.) LONDON, April 26, 10.30 p.m. Sir Douglas Haig reports : After severe fighting all day long on the "BailleulHollebeke front, against greatly superior forces, the Allied troops were compelled to give ground, and the enemy gained a footing on Kemmel Hill. Fighting m the neighborhood of Dranoutre, Kummel, and Vierstraat continues.
