I« reply to Dr. Thacker, who asked whether New' Zealand nurses and sisters are rotated m their term of duties m different climates, the Defence Minister stated that a conference consisting of the general officer commanding, Col, Parkes, Miss Thiurston, principal matron t and Col. Chaytor, of Egypt,' was recently held m London to consider this question. It was decided to recall ten nurses at once, relieving others as soon as possible from England and New Zealand. ;
