THE ITALIAN FRONT.
ITALIANS GAIN GROUND. (Tten'er's Telegram.) (Received July 20, 12.55 p.m.) ROME, July. 19. Tliere is a considerable movement of Austrian troops to the rear of the Isonzo and Caa-so fronts. This is taken as an indication that the enemy is obliged to send rehifo. cements to the Russian front. The ItaUans have profited by tlie situation, and are intensifying their artillery, especially along the Carso, thus engaging large Austrian contingents. They have simultaneously advanced their positions at some points seven hundred yards.
