A meeting of Liberals, including Mi Winston Churchill, passed a resolution •welcoming a hecret session asking the Government to make statements regarding the supply of, v men; for the armies in relation to other needs and the loss of merchantile tonnage and resultant prospects of the food supply. It is understood the whole 1 ' question of submarining is receiving Mr Lloyd George's personal attention.
