The Daily Chronicle's Petrograd c» rrespondent says the so-called "Libert v War Loan," the first test of the Gov ernment's stability, is everywhere meet ; ing ; with success. Over fifteen millions? sterling was subscribed in four days in Petrograd and Moscow alone, which i* more than twice what the old' regime raised in the same period. Tlie extremists oppose the loan, but the Workmen's and Soldiers' Congress support it.
