Sir Douglas Haig reports :-— We took prisoner during February 2133 men, including 36 officers. The enemy continues to retreat.
We advanced to-day northward of Miraumont. a distance of 600 yards on a lii mile front. We discharged gas. southward of Souchez and made a raid. We also entered trenches north-east of Givenchv.
Tho enemy raided our trenches near Ablaincourt and Rancourl, but were ejected.
