CANADA PRODUCING TWO NEW MINERALS.
_, _ . • OTTAWA, Jan. 20. Canada is producing two new minerals is a direct result of the war. according to a statement made by Dr Adams, town ••lanning commissioner, at a meeting of the commission on conservation.
One is magnesium, whioh is now being used to make star shells for the Canadians on the Western front, and the other ferro-molybdenum. which i<_ now being exported both to Russia and Britain.
