The Press Bureau announces that the arrivals for the week ending 25th of February, of merchantmen of all nationalities to the United Kingdom, of ships of over one hundred tons, exclusive of fishing and local crafts, were 2280. The sailings were 2261. The number of British merchantmen of 1600 tons or upwards, sunk by mines or submarines', was fifteen, and under 1600 was six. Tlie number of British merchantmen unsuccessfully attacked Avas twelve. There were four fishing vessels sunk.
