(Received March 1, 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, February 28. The Petit Journal states that retreating Germans blew up a number of largo calibre guns. The fact that the Gormans abandoned strong positions and stopped on a mediocre line indicates a foroed retreat, not a strategic operation.
